Del Rio Art Collective strongly encourages in-person inspection of items by the bidder. Statements by the Del Rio Art Collective regarding the condition of objects are for guidance only and should Not be relied upon as statements of fact, and do Not constitute a representation, warranty, Or assumption of liability by Del Rio Art Collective.

All items have been inspected by the Del Rio Art Collective for their overall condition prior to listing. While efforts have been made to accurately describe and photograph each item, please note that the condition may vary based on factors such as age, material, and prior use. Items may exhibit signs of wear, including but not limited to minor scuffs, discoloration, or aging of materials, which are typical for vintage and antique collectible items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all provided descriptions and images before purchase. Should you require additional information or images, feel free to request them prior to placing your bid at delrioartcollective@gmail.com. All items are sold on an “as-is” basis. No returns or exchanges will be accepted

The non-appearance of a condition report does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition, does not show wear due to age and use, or is free from damage. You may request one from us via delrioartcollective@gmail.com.
Please note that any condition reports are given as strictly as a courtesy to interested parties and should not be considered a statement of fact. The Delrio Art Collective bears no responsibility for any error or omission.
PAYMENTS must be made directly through the Del Rio Collective payment processing system. You can pay immediately via this invoice’s “Check Out” payment link. MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted.***Please note, due to the recent tax legislation, the Del Rio Art Collective will collect the appropriate sales tax for buyers residing outside the state of Florida.
A resale tax certificate must be on file in order to be exempt and have the tax removed from the invoice. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Del Rio Art Collective only collects and remits sales tax on items purchased by Florida residents. ALL OUT OF STATE purchasers are required to pay sales tax to their respective States.
Please note shipping is not included. Shipping and/or pick-up of each lot item is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser. If purchaser wishes to arrange their own shipping or pick-up of the lot item(s), such arrangements must be arranged and confirmed to Del Rio Art Collective within 14 days of purchase.
On items that include shipping your actual shipping cost is subject to change based on the final price and insurance value of your item. A single shipping fee for all lots purchased will be included on your invoice for applicable orders. If you do not see an estimated shipping cost on your invoice or on the item page and would like to request a free quote, please contact us at delrioartcollective@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you utilize our proven, quality, and experienced shipper, the UPS Store #4586 located at 8635 W Hillsborough Ave Tampa, FL 33615. They will pick up items from our facility once payment is made and funds are clear (store4586@theupsstore.com / (813)249-1556. They will then contact you via email to complete the shipping arrangements. You do not need to contact them, but feel free to do so. If required, we can provide a list of alternate shippers.
This signature is on many pieces are known as a complimentary signature, as in with the compliments of the artist. These type signatures are essentially autographs for gallery owners, friends and admirers usually signed at exhibition openings or book signing events. Artwork may contain Certificates of Authenticity. The attributed signatures have not been professionally authenticated unless otherwise noted.

All quality print is in good condition for a print of its age with typical handling. Images are not necessarily to scale of the original painting or work of art. Some pieces are on mat and backed with an acid free archival art backing board. FRAME READY. Please enlarge and view all the photos in the photo gallery. They are considered a part of the condition report. Due to inexperience with photography, there may be some slight shading or color variations.
